Turkish real estate to open in Miami

Turyap, the pioneer Turkish real estate firm has opened its first franchise in Miami. Turyap Miami Realty LLC is open for business and is located at Dupont Building at 169 Easter Flagler St. Hilal Borque who originally hailed from Turkey opened the first franchise in the United States.

Borque is an insurance claims professional who worked part time at Global Luxury Realty before earning her real estate license in 2012. Miami property management believes that Borque intends to expand the franchise to other parts of the United States.

Borque stated that her primary goal is to provide quality service to clients from both Turkey and the United States. During an interview, she said that she decided to become a realtor because she is acquainted with plenty of affluent people in her country, such as politicians, celebrities and athletes.

The political instability in Turkey and its neighboring countries has increased the Turkish demand for real estate investments in South Florida. High profile individuals no longer feel safe in their homeland due to the instability in their country. Borque is well aware that these people want to move to the United States to secure the future of their families and is maximizing the lucrative window of opportunity.

Other Turkish investments in South Florida includes Island Gardens on Watson Island and the upcoming oceanfront building in Surfside.
